Violet Bowlan, M.Ed
Violet is a highly trained educational consultant with both personal and professional experience in serving students with learning differences and/or special education needs. With close to 30 years of experience, Violet maintains a compassionate and child-centered approach to supporting both the learner and their parents.
Personal Experience
As a parent of a child with specialized learning needs, Violet deeply understands the parent perspective, and she brings this skill set into her empathic approach in supporting students and families.
Professional Training
Violet holds a M.Ed in special education, an educational specialist credential, and an administrative services credential. She also has specialized training and certifications in English language learners, Autism, and assistive technology. Her experience includes supporting the learning needs of many student populations including learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD, anxiety, and visually impaired. Violet has direct experience supporting students in a variety of programs from preschool through age 22.
